Why is your Interview process required more time to Break through?
In recent time we had words with multiple candidate those are looking for job change, also reviewing the pattern how we received email when someone applied for job. After having so many discussion we notice few common point that
First one is very common, not getting interview call even applied multiple job vacancy?
Common reason for the first reason are:1. They just send the resume without proper information what is mention in JD.
2. Not seen that what experience they are looking
3. Resume file format issue (Check this once)
4. Body of email was too lengthy with lot of information.
Next one what we notice, Interviews are not cleared, Reason?
Every company have different way of processing with Interview rounds but mainly they wanted a person who matches their requirement, so here JD is most important thing to preparing interview.
Sometime candidate given few earlier interview just to get knowledge of whats going in the market which is not the right thing.
For an eg. - Given 10 interview and crack 1 interview out of 10 and joining with one option, is not the good way.
Solution?
