- Creating a Resume
Resume building its also hectic for vary first time you prepare, but today we have many free platform which helps to create beutiful resume. We prefer to build resume which passes through ATS system.

- Writing a cover letter 
This is also common and most of the time people send cover letter or added in body while sharing resume. We also find a lot cover letter with many things and sometime hr would not read properly. We suggest you to add specific things which really needs for job role and you can find it from Job Description easily. Make Cover letter short and crisp.

- Resume file Name
Many complaints received from HR team that people not use proper naming while sharing resume file. This is create a lot time consuming for HR while screening resume. ATS system also reduce score for the resume. Sometime people add Link for resume but thats not readable or needed access to review, make sure this things not happen. It reduces the chances of getting interview call. Please have a look here some example right and wrong Resume Name.

- Job Search Platform | Engine 
We have a lot of companies in the market who provide job opening details, keep update your resume on them and stay touch with them. Do not focus on top platform, tried with multiple. - Building a Network 
In the college time you can give some of your time to create your network with your Senior, Junior, Mentor, TPO cells, We called them Alumni. Social Media: LinkedIn, Discord, etc helps a lot for references. Reference policy always there in companies and people do refer to their closed one. So this process always helps many candidate to quick resume screen, scheduling interview and interview status. Do not be a Introvert and explore yourself during the college and school life.

Be a contributor at nJobs to add job post without any singup process, how this benefit -> You can add you LInkedIn ID which will highlight to people who will see jobs that this post added as a contributor by XYZ name and LinkedIn Profile Link.

- Mock Interviews 
Mock Interview always helps you in confidence in interview time. Try to find way within your network to do mock up interview. Building network is most important point for references and mock up interviews.

- Following up 
Getting follow up from HR or companies for Interview scheduling or clearing round is most important things. Sometime HR mentioned we will let you know but forgot to acknowledge. Best way her to follow up them.
