Are you an IT Fresher and looking for Job?

Are you an IT Fresher and looking for Job?

Hi, Welcome to the IT Fresher Job Blog, we are here to guide you get into your first Job.

What will be the problem you might face when you complete your graduation?
The most and obvious problem with the maximum candidate is "Not having a Job Offer letter" or "Not having a good Package.

Let's discuss which point you need to take when you don't have an offer letter

Step 1
First, Choose at least one Programming language if you want to start your career in Coding whether Front-end, Back-end, Mobile, Cloud, Security, Data Science, AI/ML, QA, Business Analyst, etc

Does C, C++, JAVA, and DSA help me to get a Job?
Yes, of course, having a good knowledge of any of them helps you in your interview. But there is another point in which company or location you are applying. For an eg. Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities all have 3 ranges of companies Good, Average, and Normal.
For Simplification

Good -> MNC, Top IT Startup, Service Based with team size 200+ employees but having a good number of team. Here you require a good amount of Basic knowledge of DSA or specific one of the languages expertise.

Average -> Early Stage Startup,
Service Based team size from 50 to 150, few MNCs but they only operational in thrieNative location. Here you require a good amount of Basic knowledge of DSA or specific one of the languages expertise but the level of the Interview will be normal.

Normal -> Service-based company team size can be 5-25 and mostly not follow the IT culture. Here Majorly Reference run or you can start your journey with less Stipned, maybe sometime with ZERO.

So which category do you want to look for in your first Job, you have to prepare according.

Which City should people try for a Job?
We recommend Banglore as the first priority then Hyderabad then Pune/Mumbai then Delhi NCR then
Indore/Surat/Ahmedabad/Tri-City/Kolkata/Jaipur etc. Don't hesitate if the Banglore is far from your native place. If you want to become an IT engineer right place is Banglore. Rest places you can choose as per your comfort, that is also totally fine.

Step 2
: How to apply for a Job as a Fresher/beginner?

A. Job Search Platform is one of the top solutions available in the market.
B. Another Pick Right IT Job Consultancy but don't pay to get a Job or to schedule an Interview, people in the market taking charges for so long in the market, we do not say don't go to them but we suggest spending money to learn the right thing not for interview or job.
C. Your network, we mentioned this in the next paragraph to explain this in a better way.
D. Applying Directly to company HR email with a standard Resume file name and Cover letter.
E. We also notice many people go directly to the company and connect with HR. This also could be a good option only if you showcase your skills wisely to the company.

Does my Network help to schedule an Interview?
Yes, Reference helps always from beginner to experience level. If you have any network, start exploring with your seniors who are working in IT, your college TPO cell, and Relatives.

Most people use LinkedIn to create a good connection here. Join different IT Communities through social platforms. Connect with people in which domain you are looking for a job and ask them to provide a reference in case their company has a job opening.

Does Direct Walkin help you
to schedule an Interview?
Can't say for an interview but Direct Walikin always helps you to increase your confidence throughout the communication, you have to explain and discuss every possible scenario here to schedule your interview. By which you learn a lot thing which might not help you sooner but later for sure.

We hope you get this point if not let's sync on call, our team will help you to explain better
https://wa.me/916378071113 ( Only on Saturday 12 PM - 1:30 PM )

Please research the company profile before connecting with them via walk-in. For an eg, if you are good at Python and the company you visit doesn't work in Python then the chances of an Interview are very low.

Before Jump to Step 3, how many of you
have a fear of rejection?

If yes read the below things else jump to step 3

Why people have a fear of rejection, that's all depends on college time spent on learning which is necessary for a job. Either it can be programming skills or communication (soft skills would be a better word here).

Lake of knowledge or underestimating your values or overthinking is the problem here. So you have to figure out things on your own and fix this issue. This is a critical bug in your production. Jokes Apart !!

Step 3:
The most important thing after an Interview is scheduled, is whether you crack the interview.

This is purely based on your skills and ability. If the interview goes well that is a good sign which leads you towards your First Job but in another case, you can follow some possible ways to improve yourself for the next interview.
- After your interview don't hesitate to take feedback over your interview.
- Always work on your weakest point/skills to improve
- Practice with Live projects / Ideas and parallel apply for Jobs, if you focus properly hardly 2 months need to get a good job.

How to work on a live project while you are in college or searching Job?
So many places now over the internet for learning, one is Internshala where you can search for assignments and work on them. Another pick is the right Institute or Internship from a company.

Let's discuss another point when you
 don't have a good Offer
For this we thought a lot ........... after all the discussion we concluded let's sync over a call to start discussing with first Question

Why do you think your offer is not good enough to Join that company, every person has their own scenario and we would love to hear from you.
