We are Hiring | HR Executive cum Counselor

Location: Indore

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive cum Counselor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for HR operations along with strong counseling and communication skills, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)

Employee counseling and grievance handling

Providing career guidance and counseling to candidates and employees

Maintaining employee records and HR databases

Supporting HR policies, compliance, and internal communication

Coordinating training and development activities

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Counseling role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle employees with empathy and professionalism

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

MBA or PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
