Job Description

*Making calls

•                    Making outbound calls to potential customers to present products or services, and making cold calls to existing clients to generate sales 
• *Managing incoming calls

                      Handling customer concerns and issues, and resolving complaints 
*Building relationships
                    Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients 
*Collecting data
                    Gathering data on the impact of the company's products or services, and relaying this information to the relevant departments 
*Keeping records
                    Maintaining and updating customer databases, and keeping accurate records of calls and sales 
*Communicating
                     Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls 
*Adapting
                    Customizing scripts for clients based on the situation, and modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand 
*Reporting
                    Reporting analysis and observations to the team lead, and making reports and documentation based on conversations
