Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) with deep expertise in PHP, Node.js, and modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in full-stack development, possess strong leadership skills, and have excellent communication abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of complex web and software projects using PHP, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Take ownership of architectural and design decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical strategy discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) and Node.js runtime.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable taking client calls and leading discussions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
