Job Description of Store In-Charge / Manager
Telugu, Hindi & English speaking candidates
Salary 18 – 20 K per month

One year service agreement is mandatory
2- 3 year of Industrial Experience,
Preferred Automobile experience people.

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
• Cash & Inventory management
• Monitoring cash reconciliation to ensure there is no mismatch of store funds
• Conducting stocktakes regularly
• Performing the necessary quality checks for the new products
• Working very closely with other departments till the product reaches the customer and ensuring
• Ensuring that all store employees are taken care of and their issues are resolved
• Deal with transporters for inward and outward supplies
• Purchasing Orders need to be strictly followed
• Monitoring all day to day operational activities

Store Manager Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Any Graduate having work experience.
• A minimum of 2- 3 years of work experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
