Job Description

Role - Senior Java Backend Engineer

Exp - 6+years

Location - Pune 

Key Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture and system design.

- Experience with API development, integration, and performance optimization.

- Ability to address technical debt and contribute to scalable system design.

- Knowledge about AWS Cloud is an added advantage.

Requirement

- Master's or bachelor's degree

- 6+ years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in Java with good understanding of its ecosystem

- Hands on knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and patterns

- Understanding of different design and architectural patterns

- Experience in working with Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

- Experience in working with Java-Spring based micro-services

- Ability to write clean, testable code

- Quick learner

- Soft Skills : Prioritization, Time management, Communication, Organization, Leadership, Desire to continue learning

- Good to have : AWS Cloud, Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, Automation Testing, SQL

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing Java-based applications with high volume - low latency

- Contribution in the end to end Software Development lifecycle

- Analysis of user requirements and defining clear business objectives

- Designing system features and functionalities

- Create High Level and Low Level Design Document

- Prescribing recommendations to improve the quality of the product

- Writing Clean code with unit testing

- Conducting analysis, development, testing and debugging

- Prepare and produce releases of software component
