Reporting Structure: Reports to Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager (SMM) at KLobTech, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our company Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategy
• Manage and maintain the organization website(s)
• Write and optimize content for social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Track and analyze social media campaigns to gather data and insights
• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to interpret and put together marketing data and analytics
• Creative thinker and able to integrate with a marketing team
