Job Summary:

As a Research Analyst Team Lead at KLobTech, you will lead a team of researchers that gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of research analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research findings to clients
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify research needs and develop research plans
• Design and implement research projects, including collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform research and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as market research, statistics, or social science)
• 1+ years of experience in market research or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with statistical analysis software (such as SPSS or SAS) is a plus
