Hiring Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Pune or Indore
Experience: 3+ years
Qualification: BE, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc
Mode: WFO
We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a solid background in building scalable web applications.
➖Key Responsibilities:
Refactor existing code for better performance and maintainability
Work with frontend developers on API integration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
➖Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong understanding of REST API design and principles
Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns
Proficient in Git version control
Good understanding of DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles
Experience with Active Record and database design
➖Preferred Skills:
Experience with service objects and form objects
Knowledge of Ruby metaprogramming
Familiarity with Swagger/Postman for API documentation
Experience with RSpec or Minitest for testing
Background job processing using Sidekiq or Delayed Job
Understanding of MVC architecture and dependency injection
