Job Description
Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Voice Process (Sales) to lead and manage B2C sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Voice Process / B2C Sales team
- Drive team performance and achieve sales targets
- Monitor productivity, conversions, occupancy, attrition, and shrinkage
- Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
- Track KPIs, MIS reports, and team performance metrics
- Handle team escalations and support process improvements
- Monitor operational metrics such as CSAT, AHT, SLA, and occupancy
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process / B2C Sales
- Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience is mandatory
- Must have experience in managing attrition and shrinkage
- Must have experience in occupancy management
- Strong understanding of CSAT, AHT, SLA, and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Graduation is mandatory
