Looking for immediate joiners for Principal Lead- Backend (Java)

We are seeking a Principal lead with strong technical expertise in Java, Spring framework, Kafka, MySQL, and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate will define system architecture, ensure scalability, and drive technical innovation. 

This role requires hands-on experience in designing large-scale backend systems, optimising performance, and mentoring engineering teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Expertise in Java, Spring framework, and designing high-performance, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and NiFi for event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing.
- Deep understanding of MySQL and NoSQL databases, including data optimisation and management.
- Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills, with experience mentoring engineers.
