📍 Location: Indore (Onsite)
🧠 Experience: 6–12 Years
🕒 Full-time

You should have done more than just "run policies", built systems, shaped cultures, and most importantly, you should know how to scale companies without it losing its soul.

You'll work directly with the founders while you lead hiring, track performance, scale, enable leadership development, culture, clarity, and more.
