Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer Developer at KLobTech, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and models to enhance our product offerings and improve operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer/Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI model deployment. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.

Build and optimize AI-driven applications, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Work with large-scale datasets to train, validate, and fine-tune models.

Implement AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and optimize for scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

Develop and maintain APIs for AI-powered applications.

Ensure AI models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

Strong proficiency in Python, LLM, Vector Database, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AI frameworks and Azure Services.

Experience with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning is a plus.

Hands-on experience in deploying AI models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong understanding of MLOps, model optimization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AI ethics, bias detection, and explainability.

Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their practical applications.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.

Main skillset - ML, Python, GenAI, SQL, Langchain Framework or Equivalent
