JPLoft is offering an opportunity for an IT Business Analyst (Post Sales) in Jaipur. The role involves gathering client feedback, identifying enhancement opportunities, and troubleshooting technical issues to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strong technical understanding of Web and Mobile App Development

- Good knowledge of online bidding platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, and PeoplePerHour

- Experience working as a Technical, Domain, or Module Lead

- Experience working on international projects with direct client interaction

- Ability to lead and guide teams while ensuring business requirements are met

- Write project proposals and collaborate with teams to prepare release plans

- Responsible for timely delivery with quality standards

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects by coordinating closely with teams

- Good understanding and practical experience of Agile development processes

- Experience in documentation such as Use Case Documents, BRD, FRS, Technical Design Documents, and Status Reports

- Ability to interact with clients, assess incoming inquiries, coordinate with technical managers for estimations, and prepare formal project proposals

- Strong client communication skills through email, phone, and instant messaging

- Experience in client handling and preparing project plans
