HR Executive Team Leader

Reporting Structure: Reports to the HR Manager.

Job Summary:

Kanyashra Creation is seeking an HR Executive Team Leader to join our fast-growing fashion and apparel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR team and ensuring that our hiring, training, and talent management strategies are aligned with our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
• Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish positive employer-employee relationships and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Oversee training and development programs.
• Establish and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Administer performance management programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1+ years' experience in HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
