Job Description

• Recruiting: Reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and hiring new employees 
• Onboarding: Coordinating new hire orientations and training sessions 
• Records: Maintaining employee records, including leaves, attendance, and PTO 
• Payroll: Processing payroll and documenting employee compensation and benefits 
Policies: Assisting with the development of HR policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees 
Employee support: Providing administrative support to employees, such as listening to concerns and offering solutions 
Benefits: Managing employee benefits, such as processing enrollments and terminations 
Communication: Responding to employee questions and complaints, and coordinating management-employee communications 
Events: Overseeing HR events and meetings
