Job Summary:
KLobTech is seeking an HR professional to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing guidance to managers on HR-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
- Oversee employee relations issues
- Provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct employee training and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
