Responsibilities:
1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
6. Assisting in the planning of company events.
7. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
