Job Description

Hiring an HR Head for a large services organisation with 10,000+ on-roll and off-roll frontline employees across India. Reports to the CHRO; extensive pan-India travel.

You will own end-to-end HR strategy: high-volume frontline recruitment, IR & ER (grievances, disciplinary action, labour disputes), statutory compliance (PF, ESI, S&E, CLRA, POSH), headcount budgeting with P&L impact, staffing vendor management, engagement and retention in a high-attrition environment, HR digitisation, and crisis management for state-level disruptions.

Looking for 15 - 18+ years in HR, including 5–7 years leading a large blue-collar workforce of 10,000+. Strong pan-India exposure to state-specific labour law, hands-on IR/ER, and comfort in a cost-pressured, matrixed setup. BFSI/payments, logistics, retail, FMCG, telecom infra, facility management, staffing/BPO or e-commerce last-mile backgrounds preferred. MBA/PGDM (HR) required.
