Sarv.com is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience to join the team. The role involves managing the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
