Location: Nagpur (WFO only)

Position: Software Testing Engineer 

Experience: 2–3 Years

Interview Mode: F2F 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (First Class) in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and create detailed test plans & test cases

Execute manual and/or automated testing

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing

Test applications across multiple operating systems and browsers

Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution

Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders

Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

Experience in test case design and execution

Hands-on experience with regression and performance testing

Experience testing desktop, web, and mobile applications

Familiarity with different browsers and operating systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with test automation tools

Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems
