• Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content, campaign concepts, and content calendars
• Manage brand communication and online community engagement
• Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation initiatives

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
• Content planning and social media campaign management
• Community management and audience engagement
• Social media analytics and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Data-driven approach to social media growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
