Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Create monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.

Write engaging captions and coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels, and ad creatives.

Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.

Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content based on insights.

Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support paid campaigns.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, and brand building.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
