Experience: 6-10 Years (Insurance sector experience mandatory)

Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Training Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry to design and deliver training programs for employees and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on insurance products, processes, and compliance (Life, Health, or Motor)

- Develop training materials and e-learning content

- Identify skill gaps and improve team performance through training

- Mentor junior trainers and ensure regulatory compliance

- Track training effectiveness and report KPIs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR/Insurance preferred)

- 6+ years of training experience in the insurance sector

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and compliance
