Hiring: Senior Laravel Developer (Team Lead)

Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)
We are looking for a Senior Laravel Developer with strong leadership skills to build and scale next-generation fintech solutions.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel
Strong team management and leadership experience
Hands-on experience in CRM development
Expertise in API development and integrations
Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
Understanding of scalable system architecture
Product mindset with exposure to product management
Familiarity with AI tools and modern development workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers
Build scalable and secure applications
Drive product development with cross-functional teams
Architect and maintain robust backend systems
