We are hiring — Senior Android Engineer — Kotlin, Jetpack Compose

About the Role: We're hiring a Senior Android Engineer to build modern, Compose-first Android applications and act as a technical reference point for the mobile team.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain Android apps in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose as the primary UI toolkit
• Own features from technical design through release and monitoring
• Apply modern Android architecture: MVVM/MVI, ViewModels, Coroutines, Flow
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs; design robust offline, caching, and sync behavior
• Optimize app startup time, rendering performance, memory, and APK/AAB size
• Handle Play Store releases, staged rollouts, and Play Console feedback
• Write unit tests and Compose UI tests; maintain CI pipelines
• Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to shared libraries and standards


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Strong English communication skills (essential)
• 4+ years of Android development, with apps published on Google Play
• Expert Kotlin; substantial production experience with Jetpack Compose
• Strong knowledge of Coroutines and Flow
• Experience with Jetpack (Navigation, Room, WorkManager, DataStore, Lifecycle)
• Dependency injection with Hilt or Koin
• Solid understanding of app architecture, modularization, and Gradle
• Testing experience: JUnit, MockK/Mockito, Espresso or Compose testing APIs

Nice to Have: Migrating View/XML to Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, Material 3, CI/CD, Firebase/push notifications/Wear OS.
