We Are Hiring Salesforce Tech Lead

Vanshiv Technologies is looking for an experienced and driven Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing team. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and performance standards

Drive technical architecture and solution design

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations

Proven experience in technical leadership and project delivery

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ is preferred
