Join Battery Smart and play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for Indias largest battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities

• Lead zero-to-one initiatives, pilot programs, and strategic projects

• Drive cross-functional execution across business, operations, product, and technology teams

• Build scalable business models and growth strategies

• Analyze market trends, business performance, and growth opportunities

• Present data-driven recommendations to founders and senior leadership

• Ensure timely execution of high-priority initiatives and organizational goals

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Founder’s Office, Program Management, Business Operations, or high-growth startup environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership attitude

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Preferred Background:

• Startup, consulting, strategy, operations, or business transformation experience

• Experience leading strategic projects from ideation to execution

• Strong business acumen and data-driven thinking
