Job Description
Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys mentoring developers and building scalable, high-performance applications? We’re looking for a .NET Team Lead to drive architecture, guide a talented engineering team, and deliver impactful solutions.
Location: Mohali | Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
- Design and architect scalable, secure applications
- Contribute to hands-on coding (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API)
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of .NET development experience, 2+ years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in:
- C#, ASP.NET Core
- Web API & RESTful services
- Entity Framework
- SQL Server
- Angular/ React/ Vue JS
- Experience with Azure, Microservices, CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of design patterns & SOLID principles
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
