Job Description

We’re Hiring Java Full Stack Process Developer | Remote | India

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Process Developer to design workflows, automate processes, and contribute to low-code platform product development.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years total software development experience

3+ years strong React (TypeScript) UI development

2–4 years hands-on Microservices with Spring Boot & Docker

Strong understanding of BPM/BPMN, process development principles, HTML5/CSS3 (Flex/Grid), accessibility & API integration patterns

Experience with micro-frontend design or modular UI architecture

Proficiency in REST API design and consumption

Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, artifact versioning & multi-environment deployments

Expertise in Git (branching strategies, PR workflows) and issue tracking tools (Jira/Azure Boards)

Good knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases

Excellent communication, requirement analysis & documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with API Gateways (Kong/Apigee), Kafka/RabbitMQ, microservices patterns

Cloud exposure: AWS / GCP / Azure, IaC (Terraform)

Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK

Security practices: SAST/DAST, performance testing (k6/JMeter)

Experience in banking/fintech or large-scale enterprise systems

Tech Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite/Webpack, React Query, Redux/Zustand, Tailwind/SCSS, Storybook

Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/MongoDB

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
