This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on driving key HR Business Partnering initiatives across business units. The candidate should bring strong HR functional expertise, deep knowledge of systems and frameworks, and the ability to independently manage stakeholders. Over time, the role may expand to include team management responsibilities. A strong command over data, processes, and people practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Business Partnership
• Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, team health, and organizational priorities.
• Support workforce planning, deployment, and talent optimization initiatives.
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees and managers to maintain strong engagement..
2. Performance Management
• Lead the complete PMS cycle using the 9-Box evaluation method.
• Partner with leadership to identify high-potential talent and support performance improvement plans.

3. Talent Development & Succession Planning
• Implement structured succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
• Enable capability-building discussions and learning interventions.
• Track internal mobility and career growth pathways.
4. HR Operations & Analytics
• Deep working knowledge of Darwin box (mandatory). Ability to extract, analyse, and present data.
• Expertise in Advanced Excel to create dashboards, MIS reports, salary structures, and people insights.
• Maintain employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and data hygiene.
5. Compensation & Benchmarking
• Conduct salary benchmarking using internal and external compensation data.
• Partner with finance and management for CTC structuring and pay decisions.
6. Policy & Compliance
• Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance across employee-related processes.
• Support audits, documentation, and grievance handling.
7. Culture & Employee Experience
• Drive engagement initiatives with empathy and business alignment.
• Build strong relationships across teams with a pleasant and approachable personality.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 6–9 years of experience in HRBP roles.
• 5+ years of work experience with Employee Engagement
• 4+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
• Mandatory: Advanced Excel and Darwinbox expertise.
• Strong understanding of performance management and the 9-box method.
• Knowledge of succession planning frameworks.
• Familiarity with labour laws, HR policies, and compliance.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and talent assessment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.
