Experience: 10+ Years (Strictly from IT Services Industry)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead people operations, build strong workplace culture, and drive performance across the organization.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of HR experience in the IT Services industry

* Proven experience as an HR Manager

* Strong expertise in OKRs, KPIs, KRAs, and performance management systems

* Experience managing 150+ employees as an HR Manager

* Strong exposure to operational HR, productivity tracking, billable hours, and data-driven decisions

* Hands-on experience with KEKA platform

* Experience with HR metrics, analytics, and HR systems

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

* Degree in HR or related field
