Reporting Structure: Reports to Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Kanyashra Creation is seeking an experienced SMO to manage all social media platforms and drive engagement to our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and create social media content that is on-brand, creative and engaging.
• Monitor and report social media performance and provide analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and changes in algorithms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement cross-functional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven work experience as an SMO or similar role.
• Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
