Job Description

Role: Relationship Manager

Reporting Manager: City Head

Location: Jaipur, Gujarat, Mumbai, and other cities

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors or agents

- Manage the complete lifecycle of financial advisors or agents through regular meetings and interactions

- Train advisors or agents on the company app to help them serve customers efficiently

- Drive partners to improve productivity and focus on renewals

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets assigned by the organization

- Ensure alignment with company policies and maintain full compliance

- Maintain a high level of business discipline and operational hygiene

- Identify new strategies to expand reach and generate sales in the assigned region

- Work on the distribution of Motor, Life, and Health Insurance along with loans, credit cards, NPS, and other financial products introduced by the organization

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Salary: 20,000 – 60,000 per month
