Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution, resource management, client engagement, and team productivity at Cyntexa. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—while fostering long-term client relationships and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.

You will be expected to manage scope, budgets, risks, and resources, while aligning internal teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).

Proven experience in leading and delivering IT or SaaS projects.

Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum, Agile) are preferred.

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Knowledge and minimum 5 years of practical exposure of Salesforce and other technologies

Proficiency in Zoho Projects, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Ability to analyze project data and deliver actionable insights.

Experience with IT product lifecycle, client management, and team mentoring.
