Hiring for Pre-Sales Executive – IT (Salesforce Domain)

What You’ll Do:
· Conduct client discovery sessions and gather detailed requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear, solution-focused presentations, PoCs, and proposals.
· Design Salesforce-based solutions that include integrations, customizations, and value mapping.
· Own documentation including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, RFPs, and high-level estimates.
· Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Technical Architects, and Delivery Teams to align vision and execution.
· Deliver engaging product demos and present confidently to C-level stakeholders.
· Stay ahead of trends with regular Salesforce training, certifications, and innovation insights.
· Support and never depend — you’ll be a driving force, not just a passenger.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant role in the IT or Salesforce ecosystem.
· Expertise in client-facing documentation — from RFPs and HLEs to impactful decks and proposals.
· Strong grasp on legal and commercial documentation: Business proposals , product and service documentation , MSAs, NDAs, Contracts, Renewals.
· Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
· Proactive, self-driven mindset — the kind that takes initiative before being asked.
· Ability to balance business logic with technical depth.
