Industry: Solar, EV, Earthing, Electrical, Manufacturing

We are looking for energetic and self-driven field sales professionals who are comfortable with extensive travel and can contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet clients, dealers, and distributors

Generate new leads through market research, field activities, and cold visits

Demonstrate products and explain technical details to customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence

Prepare daily and weekly reports and update CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry updates

Participate in site visits, installations, and promotional activities

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in field sales or business development

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Ability to travel frequently for client meetings

Basic understanding of technical products is a plus

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
