If you are a true hunter who loves generating leads, closing deals, and engaging with C-level executives, we want you on our team.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Odoo Sales/Business Development.
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo core modules.
What You Will Do:
Proactively hunt for new business and generate your own leads through outbound strategies, cold calling, and networking.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing and client onboarding.
Act as a trusted Business Advisor to SMEs, analyzing their challenges and pain points.
Leverage your functional Odoo expertise to deliver tailored software demonstrations of core apps (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
Negotiate contracts and provide customized quotes to fuel our 60% YoY growth.
Who You Are:
Odoo Expert: 2+ years of experience with a deep understanding of Odoo's functional aspects.
Proven experience selling to GCC / Middle East markets is a plus
A Hunter & Closer: You have an analytical vision, a fighting spirit, and strong negotiation skills.
A Communicator: Fluent in English with a knack for presenting complex IT concepts simply.
Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment with an overachiever, "work hard/play hard" attitude.
