* Build Agentic Workflows

* Design and implement autonomous / semi-autonomous AI agents

* Orchestrate multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and decision loops

* Develop SLM-based Solutions

* Fine-tune and deploy small language models for cost-efficient use cases

* Optimize models for latency, privacy, and edge deployment

* Experiment with quantization, distillation, and local inference

* Improve retrieval quality via re-ranking, hybrid search, and prompt strategies

* Productionize AI Systems

* Build APIs and backend systems for AI applications

* Ensure monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for AI outputs

* Handle scaling, caching, and cost optimization

* Data & Evaluation

* Create evaluation pipelines for LLM/SLM performance

* Define metrics for hallucination, accuracy, and usefulness

* Work with structured + unstructured datasets
