We need a City Head who doesn’t just manage a city, but owns it end-to-end.

Position: City Head

Location: Mumbai

What You will Own:

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing operations team

• Handle staffing, onboarding, and training processes

• Track productivity, efficiency, utilization, and operational KPIs

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Manage client expectations and service delivery

• Drive business development and city expansion initiatives

• Resolve operational and fleet-related issues efficiently

• Ensure smooth day-to-day city operations

Requirements:

• Experience managing city or cluster operations in EV, mobility, or logistics industries

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and operational performance

• Strong understanding of the Mumbai market

• Excellent client handling and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
