Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

We are hiring for an HR Manager for one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR Operations & Administration

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Payroll & Attendance Coordination

• Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

• Experience handling blue-collar employees

• Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• HR Policies, SOPs & Documentation

• Contractor Manpower Management

• Training & Organizational Development

• HRMS/ERP systems (Keka, Odoo or similar), MS Excel & AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.)

Preferred Profile:

✔ Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR operations.

✔ Experience handling Blue-collar employees.

✔ Willing to visit the factory once a week or as and when required.
