We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Keystone Security Services.

We are looking for someone who drives hiring end-to-end, builds processes, and moves fast.

What you will actually do:

1. 70% — Recruitment 

Own the entire hiring lifecycle — sourcing, engaging, closing.

Work directly with stakeholders. 

2. 20% — Build & Improve 

Create and streamline recruitment processes.

Bring smarter ways to hire. 

Make things better than you found them.

3. 10% — People & Culture Support 

Exposure to onboarding processes and contribute to employee engagement.
