Gravita India Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team at the Phagi Plant, Jaipur.

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Phagi Plant, Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and employee records

• Handle statutory compliance and labor law requirements

• Support plant HR operations and workforce management

• Coordinate employee onboarding, attendance, and documentation

• Maintain HR reports and administrative records

• Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling

Requirements:

• Graduate with relevant Plant HR experience

• Experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Manufacturing or plant industry experience preferred
