About the Role

We are looking for Freelance Sales Field Executives who can help us onboard local shops, retailers, service providers, and small businesses to our startup platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to visit local businesses, explain the platform, help business owners understand its benefits, and complete their onboarding/listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops and businesses in your assigned area.

• Identify potential businesses that can benefit from our platform.

• Meet business owners and decision-makers directly.

• Explain the startup, platform features, and benefits in a simple manner.

• Convince businesses to create and maintain their business profile.

• Collect basic business information required for onboarding.

• Help shop owners complete their registration/listing.

• Follow up with interested businesses through phone/WhatsApp.

• Maintain daily records of businesses contacted and onboarded.

• Build strong relationships with local business owners.

• Share feedback from the market to help improve the product.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.

• Hindi/local language communication is preferred.

• Sales, business development, field marketing or merchant onboarding experience is a plus.

• Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation

Freelance / Performance-Based

• Fixed incentive per successful business onboarding.

• Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets.

• Higher incentives for quality/active businesses, depending on the campaign.

• Travel allowance can be considered for selected locations/projects.

Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone who already has strong connections with local shopkeepers and business owners and wants to earn through freelance field sales.

People with experience in FMCG sales, telecom, fintech, POS, payment solutions, insurance, real estate, merchant onboarding or local business sales are especially welcome.
