We are Hiring | Digital Media Strategist

Fix My Curls is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Media Strategist to join our team.

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

If you love creating high-performing content, writing engaging ad scripts, working with influencers, and analyzing campaign performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content strategies for D2C brands and marketplace platforms
• Write compelling ad scripts that drive engagement and conversions
• Plan and execute in-house content shoots and productions
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Develop scroll-stopping content concepts from ideation to execution
• Monitor social media trends and consumer behavior

Requirements:

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Experience in ad production and influencer marketing
• Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Note:

• This is an onsite role based in Gurgaon
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory
