Job Description

 Source and hire packers, pickers, stackers, loaders, and other operational roles through field visits, vendor tie-ups, local centres, and job camps.

 Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification in the field.

 Plan and organize walk-in drives, field recruitment events, and mobilization campaigns.

 Maintain regular coordination with operations, HR, and onboarding teams.

 Maintain accurate daily/weekly hiring data and MIS reports.

 Ensure recruitment targets are met as per manpower requirements.

 Build and maintain a strong local hiring network and community references.
