Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Operations & Return Management
Track and monitor returns across marketplaces on a daily basis.
Manage A-to-Z claims and dispute handling (Amazon).
Prepare and submit Plan of Action (POA) for listing/account issues.
Monitor LSP complaints and take corrective actions.
Track FBA removals and ensure proper reconciliation.
Oversee end-to-end claim management process.
2. Account Health & Compliance
Conduct weekly review of account health dashboards.
Monitor key metrics: ODR, LDR, Seller Ratings, Return Rate.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Monitor policy updates and marketplace announcements.
Handle brand registry cases and intellectual property protection (Amazon).
3. Customer & Seller Support Management
Ensure customer queries are responded to within 24 hours.
Maintain high seller ratings through proactive issue resolution.
Handle escalations and ensure fair resolution of disputes.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Conduct regular audits of account performance.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective measures.
5. Documentation & Record Maintenance
Maintain invoices, shipping documents, claims records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure proper data recording and reconciliation
