Role: Product Owner
Experience: 2–3 Years
 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana | Jaipur, Rajasthan

🔑 Roles and Responsibilities
- Own product execution end to end
- Make product decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data, business vision, and product objectives
- Collaborate with technical leads, UX designers, and business stakeholders
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria - Participate in all agile team meetings including sprint planning, and daily standups
- Set sprint goals, present sprint demos, and participate in sprint retrospectives
- Communicate feature requirements, release strategy, product goals, and expected business impact to development teams
- Prioritize the team backlog daily, based on business impact, risk, and effort
- Iteratively adjust requirements, refine scope, and manage change in a multi-team agile environment
- Communicate risks in real-time
- Provide internal training for new features - Accept user stories when they are ready for release
- Test release scope on production to ensure high-quality execution and strategic alignment

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- A degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or similar
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role working with an agile team
- Experience into Product Management
- Experience with user stories, product backlogs, epics, story cards, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to write comprehensive documents in a clear, concise, and structured manner
